Straight Trucks and Work Trucks

When it comes to operating a work truck, time is an essential factor to maintaining productivity within a fleet. Harsh road conditions or a failed tire can put an unexpected halt on scheduled plans for the day, which can derail your business operations and delay appointments with key clients. Although drivers are experienced and know what to watch for in order to prevent tire loss, it’s not always easy to avoid nails or mechanical issues.

With the Valor Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System, the sensor automatically alerts you to issues that could cause delays or tire failures which gives you time to act accordingly. By alerting your drivers ahead of time, it helps prevent downtime by staying on track with your schedule and saving money by extending the life of your tires.

How It Works

The Valor TPMS Sytem uses three simple components to create one complete solution. Once installed, tire management is as simple as it is effective. The diagram below indicates a typical setup on work vehicles such as straight trucks, cement mixers, ambulances, and delivery trucks.

TPMS Sensor

The Internally-mounted sensor monitors both your tire’s temperature and pressure from the inside-out.

CANBus Receiver
Antenna and Transceiver

The antenna receives data wirelessly from the sensors and then transmits into the transceiver.

TPMS Display

Valor’s display visualizes tire pressure and temperature data in real-time.
* Display Varies depending on solution.
